The search and discovery of a medicinal use of memory enhancing compounds found within Japanese pepper.
This invention provides; (1) specific fatty acid amide compounds, or a memory enhancer containing plants or their extracts that contain these compounds, and (2) products (pharmaceutical, food, health food, nutritional food, beverage, food additive, and cosmetic) containing the memory enhancer of this invention.
