目の疲れによる症状に対するビルベロン含有食品の改善効果 に関する英語の論文(2017)

【目の疲れの自覚症状があり、日頃から目を酷使する健常な成人男女を対象に、被験者1日当たり160 mgのビルベロンまたはプラセボを6週間摂取する臨床試験を実施しました。(試験食品群 n=10;プラセボ群 n=11)
その結果、ビルベロンを継続摂取することで、ピント調節機能、目の疲れ、肩こりの自覚症状および目の潤いが改善することが確認されました。】

【日頃の睡眠の質に不満を感じている健常な成人男女17名を対象に、被験者1日当たり50 mgのラフマ葉抽出物(ベネトロン®)またはプラセボを8日間摂取する臨床試験を実施しました。
その結果、ベネトロン®を継続摂取することで、睡眠の質(寝つき・熟眠感)の向上、作業に伴うストレス、集中力の維持を改善することが示唆されました。】
